Will the Minister clarify whether her commitment to eliminating 97 per cent of two-year waits for NHS treatment by December 2023 and 99 per cent by March 2024 refers to a reduction from the peak in March 2022 or another date?

The commitment remains that by the end of December 2023, 97% of the open pathways on the waiting list will be waiting less than 104 weeks and by March 2024, 99% of open pathways waiting will be waiting less than 104 weeks.
