Will the Minister make available to leaseholders copies of the remediation plans and committed dates for starting and finishing all work for buildings with fire and other safety defects?

The Developer Contract obliges the developer to provide this information to the Responsible Person, who in turn should provide the information to leaseholders / residents. Leaseholders should contact their Responsible Person to request this information.
All the Developers who have signed the contract have their progress monitored to ensure they meet the relevant terms. Ongoing informal engagement with officials is accompanied by formal meetings held on a quarterly basis.
