What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the consequence of cutting the empty homes budget by £19 million?

We have been clear the £19m being released from our Empty Homes scheme in 2023-24 is a deferral of funding – not a cut – and reflects updated spend forecasts.
This work is being carried out in collaboration with Siân Gwenllian, the Plaid Cymru lead designated member, as part of the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.
