Will the Minister make a statement on funding the rural affairs department budget in 2024-25?

I am working closely with the Minister for Rural Affairs, North Wales and Trefnydd and our Cabinet colleagues to shape our spending plans for 2024-25. Details will be published in our 2024-25 Draft Budget on the19th December.
