What is the Minister's assessment of the implications of the £8.5m reduction in the post-16 provision budget?

Reprioritised funding from the Post-16 Provision budget has, in the main, been found as a result of routine reclaim activity, due to funding that has exceeded demand in previous years. It is not expected that this level of underperformance will be repeated and has, therefore, not impacted the 2023/24 allocations.
