Will the Minister provide a breakdown of how the extra £125 million for Transport for Wales will be spent?

The additional funding will all be transferred to Transport for Wales for the purposes of supporting the organisation as it continues to manage increased costs and works to achieve ambitious passenger growth forecasts. This will ensure we safeguard essential rail services for our communities.
