What steps is the Minister taking to speed up the planning enforcement process when there are clear breaches of Planning Policy Wales?

Prompt enforcement action means unacceptable unauthorised development is less likely to become well established and difficult to remedy. The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 already contains a wide range of enforcement tools which enable planning authorities to take prompt action where unauthorised development is unacceptable. We will continue to offer planning authorities support and training so they can make full use of the legislative tools available to them.
