Does the Minister plan to introduce legal targets for nature recovery in Wales?

The Welsh Government has committed, in the most recent legislative statement, to bring forward a Bill during this Senedd term to include a biodiversity target setting framework. This will grant the Welsh Ministers a power, by regulations, to create new targets for nature recovery in Wales and amend, revoke or replace existing targets.
