What plans does the Commission have to increase the number of committee and meeting rooms that can accommodate meetings and events across the Senedd estate?

The Commission is currently undertaking a review into the use of the Senedd estate. Members, and other stakeholders’ views have been sought with regards to events and meeting spaces on the estate and how to ensure the most appropriate and efficient use of the parliamentary venues. The Commission considered an initial issues paper on 25 September 2023. A further paper with proposals on how to address the issues identified, and a framework on how to populate the estate, will be brought to Commission before the end of this year.
