What action is the Minister taking to ensure that local planning authorities, Planning and Environment Decisions Wales and Natural Resources Wales are adequately resourced for statutory planning applications coming through on large infrastructure projects once the Infrastructure Bill becomes an Act?

The Infrastructure (Wales) Bill contains provision that will enable bodies to recover their costs for undertaking a function or service as part of the consenting process. We will work with each body to establish these costs and ensure effective recovery.
