Will the Minister discuss with Caerphilly Council the possibility of ceasing operation of the Valley Greyhound Stadium in Ystrad Mynach, following the open letter from the RSPCA?

No decision has been taken on racing greyhounds. It is not a licensable activity in Wales and Caerphilly Council do not have a statutory duty regarding the operation of the stadium. I will consult on the welfare of racing greyhounds by the end of the year.
