How will the Welsh Government ensure that Cardiff Council is held accountable for following the development plans manual?

The Development Plans Manual, Future Wales and Planning Policy Wales are applicable when preparing Local Development Plans. It will be for each Council to demonstrate they have adhered to all relevant policies and legislation through the statutory plan making process.
