In the most recent financial year, namely 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023, the Senedd Commission spent £2,760,000 (including VAT) on rent for the Tŷ Hywel building.
The rent for the Tŷ Hywel building is paid to Equitix Tiger English LP.
