How will the Welsh Government ensure that developers aren’t making decisions at the expense of leaseholders, such as in Victoria Wharf where residents of the Picton Block have had to pay for fire detectors, sounders, and wardens?

Developers have signed contracts committing them to undertake works to address life critical fire safety issues at their own cost; they will be held to account against the terms of those contracts.
My officials are meeting with the managing agent for Victoria Wharf to discuss their decision and its impact on leaseholders.
