What will the Welsh Government do to ensure that leaseholders are not being pressured into paying for essential remedial work by developers through their service charges?

Developers have signed contracts committing them to undertake works to address fire safety issues at their own cost; they will be held to account against the terms of those legally enforceable contracts. Therefore, leaseholders should not be pressured into paying for these works.
