What discussions has the Minister had with English local authorities about roads on the border with England affected by 20mph speed limits?

As part of the national implementation of the 20mph a ‘Borders’ working group was set up in August 2021. This involved regular meetings with both the English and Welsh border highway authorities regarding those settlements that would be affected by the change, and extensions of the 20mph speed limit into England were agreed where appropriate.
