What discussions has the Minister had with UK Government about changes to driving tests as a result of the 20mph limit?

The Welsh Government has been in regular contact with Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and the amendments required to the highway code have been made. The amendments to the highway code will now be incorporated in the driving lessons and driving tests.
