What discussions has the Minister had with the UK Government about changes to the highway code as a result of 20mph limits in Wales?

The Welsh Government has been in regular contact with Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and they have notified them of the amendments required to the highway code. The amended highway code with was published online on 16 September. The updated printed version of the highway code will follow.
