What is the current status of the Agricultural Tenancy Working Group and when does the Welsh Government expect it to present its final report?

The members of the Tenancy Working Group continue to have constructive input towards the development of the Sustainable Farming Scheme and has helped shape our response to the SFS co-design outputs. Discussions with the group also assisted during the amendment stages of the Agriculture (Wales) Bill.
A group discussion regarding the implementation of Dispute Resolution Regulations is being arranged.
We also intend for the group to meet as we prepare for the next consultation on the SFS. As discussions will be ongoing, a formal published report is not expected.
