What is the total value of incremental pay rises provided to senior fire officers over the past two financial years?

Senior pay is wholly the responsibility of the three Fire and Rescue Authorities (FRAs), not the Welsh Government. The FRAs’ published accounts show that the total value of pay to all staff in Wales at Assistant Chief Officer and above was £1.508 million in the financial year 2020/21 and £1.656 million in the financial year 2021/22. However, there were several changes in staffing during this time, so the difference does not directly represent pay increases for the individuals concerned.
