Will the Minister introduce an amendment to the Welsh Government contract with developers so that it states that leaseholders must be reimbursed by the relevant developer for money already spent on rectifying fire safety works?

I have already communicated my expectation to developers that leaseholders are reimbursed for money they have already spent to rectify fire safety issues where such costs would have fallen within the scope of the contract.
