The next Value for Money governance point is the Full Business Case which is due to be submitted to the Welsh Government in late Summer 2023. As part of the detailed scrutiny that will be undertaken by Welsh Government Officials on the Full Business Case, Value for Money is a key element which will need to be demonstrated.
