Will the Minister state why Velindre University NHS Trust was unable to finalise the contract signing before the 31 March 2023 for the new build cancer hospital and how much additional costs the Trust will incur because of this costing refresh?

The project was unable to finalise the contract signing as robust scrutiny has not yet been completed. As the contract has not yet been finalised, the financials are still commercially sensitive and cannot be disclosed.
