What discussions has the Minister had with Transport for Wales to address the health and safety concerns of train travel during heatwaves?

I regularly meet with Transport for Wales and met with the Chief Executive and Chairman last week on a range of operational matters. As part of our investment of £800m for a brand new fleet, all of the new trains are fitted with air conditioning making journeys in hot weather more comfortable for passengers.
