Will the Minister outline the impact of corporate joint committees on social care services delivered by local authorities?

Corporate Joint Committees provided for by the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 do not have any functions in relation to social care services.
From 30 June 2022 CJCs came under duties to prepare Strategic Development Plans and Regional Transport Plans. CJCs also have the power to do anything to enhance or promote the economic well-being of their area.
