Will the Minister outline the cost and reasoning for the purchase of land at Sandy Bay, Porthcawl?

The Welsh Government acquired land at Sandy Bay for £15m. In partnership with Bridgend County Borough Council, who are an adjacent land owner, it will deliver a vibrant seafront and circa 900 new homes centred around sustainable, well planned communities.
