Will the Minister outline the reason for the delay of the publication of the Welsh Government's report on storm overflows?

The report on storm overflows has been delayed to undertake additional work to better understand supply chain and deliverability challenges. A near final version of the report has been shared with the Better River Quality Taskforce for consideration, and it is currently being finalised for publication.
