Will the Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government has agreed for the urban section of Llanrwst to be excluded from the Conwy County Borough Council Conwy Valley Welsh transport appraisal guidance study?

Welsh Government officials were aware that Conwy Council did not include Llanrwst in the WelTAG, as the WelTAG was concerned with setting the strategic objectives for the Conwy Valley as the study was undertaken for Conwy Council’s Levelling Up Fund bid.
It was agreed to consider Llanrwst separately in the context of these higher-level objectives and we will programme works in Llanrwst as described in answer to WQ88359.
