Will the Minister provide an update on the priority outlined in the Wales transport strategy 2021 to grow alternative services to private car ownership such as car clubs?

My officials, and TfW staff, are in discussions with a number of third sector organisations that are well placed to help expand community owned shared mobility car schemes in Wales. We are exploring options to accelerate their availability across all of Wales and especially in rural areas. I aim to make an announcement later in the year on a programme for this.
