Will the Minister confirm if there will be a building safety Bill, following the announcement that funding will be provided for the commissioning and completion of the economic analysis required the for impact assessments?

We are committed to reforming the current system of Building Safety during this Senedd term.
Work continues at pace to reform Building Safety in Wales, this includes consideration of areas where legislation might be needed. Economic analysis has been commissioned to support this ongoing policy development work, and to help develop a clear picture of the costs and benefits of proposals.
