When will the Government introduce new legislation based on the White Paper on buses that will lead to re-regulation and better service planning?

The First Minister set out in his Legislative Statement last July our ambition to introduce a Bill, based on proposals set out in our One Network, One Timetable, One Ticket white paper, during the third year of this Senedd.
