What is the timetable for developing active travel plans in Gwynedd, specifically on the A470 between Mallwyd and Dinas Mawddwy and the A494 between Bala and Llanuwchllyn?

Welsh Government’s current programme of active travel trunk road interface schemes supports Gwynedd Council routes around Bangor, Blaenau Ffestiniog and Penrhyndeudraeth. However, at present Gwynedd Council is the only Council in Wales not to have had its Active Travel Network map approved.

There are no specific schemes for above routes as they have not been identified as a priority within the Gwynedd Council Active Travel Mapping. Other areas will be considered within our longer-term programme.
