Has the Minister made a final decision on the 300-house greenfield site proposal by Persimmon in Blackwood, that was referred for reconsideration by the Welsh Government in March 2021?

A decision has not been made. The Inspector’s report on the recovered appeal has been received by officials. The report is being actively considered and a decision will be issued as soon as practicable.
