Will the Minister consider a revision of the Able2 form required to be completed by applicants for a blue badge in order to be referred to the Independent Advisory Service, so as to remove duplicate questions applicants have already answered as part of their application on GOV.UK?

When a local authority refers a blue badge application to the Independent Advisory Service (IAS) they need to provide all the supporting information and evidence necessary for the IAS to complete a fair and thorough assessment. We are working with local authorities and the UK Department for Transport, which manages the UK-wide Blue Badge Digital Service, to ensure that these processes are as seamless and efficient as possible.
