Will the Minister outline the Welsh Government's strategy for making road safety improvements to the B5119, which links Rhyl, Prestatyn and Dyserth?

The local highway authority is responsible for the B5119, and any strategy for making road safety improvements. However, the Welsh Government usually invites all local authorities to bid for additional road safety funding, and in 2019/20 Denbighshire were awarded £45k for Dyserth Bends, which also covered a section of the B5119 between Rhyl and Dyserth.
