What assessment has the Welsh Government made of why enrolments onto courses in agriculture, food and related studies have increased year-on-year in England, but have declined in Wales?

In 2021/22 the percentage of agriculture/food and drink apprenticeship starts increased to 2.8% of total starts, which is the highest percentage in any of the last 10 years. Agriculture as a percentage of all further education learning activities has been fairly steady over the last five years.
