When does the Minister expect Cardiff Bay services to be incorporated into the wider valleys network rather than the shuttle service that currently operates?

Transport for Wales are progressing well with the transformation of the Core Valley Lines. Once the transformation is completed the services to Cardiff Bay will be fully incorporated into the wider network with the majority of work to transform the Core Valley Lines scheduled for completion in 2024.
