Will the Minister explain how the £28 million originally allocated for the bus emergency scheme for the financial year 2023-24 was reallocated in the Welsh Government's final budget?

The £28 million has not been reallocated. The Welsh Government is currently considering how to best deploy the available funding to support the bus industry.
