Will the Minister confirm that the full spend of £27.3 million allocated for the financial year 2022-23 from the rural development framework 2022-2025 has been achieved, and provide a breakdown of the schemes and measures it has been spent on?

I am unable to confirm the spend for this period as Rural Investment Schemes are still delivering and claiming funding for activities in financial year 2022-23.
