Will the Minister guarantee the rural development programme 2014-20 will be spent in full and what steps is the Welsh Government taking to ensure this is the case?

I am committed to ensuring the funding available is fully spent.
The programme has been over-committed and we expect projects to deliver against their agreed objectives and timescales. All commitments are regularly monitored against delivery.
