Does the Minister have a timeline for the introduction of compulsory cat microchipping in Wales?

Our Animal Welfare Plan for Wales 2021-26 makes a commitment to consider the extension of compulsory microchipping, to include kittens and cats. Any future action would be subject to public consultation.
