What assessment has the Welsh Government made of public awareness of the Welsh Parliament and Welsh Government?

Answered by First Minister | Answered on 21/03/2023

More than 20 years since the 1999 referendum, both executive and legislative devolution are now well-established in Wales. Polls indicate that a majority of people favour either the current arrangements or greater powers for the Senedd and the Welsh Government. We remain committed to further deepening and broadening the devolution settlement and await the final report of the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales, which will set out its findings in due course, following extensive public engagement.
