What support is the Welsh Government providing to assist schools in Wales that have limited room to extend their structures with expansion efforts for the ongoing delivery of free school meals?

The Welsh Government has made £60m capital funding available to local authorities to support the rollout of Universal Primary Free School Meals. Officials continue to work in partnership with local authorities to review investment plans and provide support for particularly complex projects due to site constraints.
This work is being carried out in collaboration with Siân Gwenllian MS, the Plaid Cymru lead designated member, as part of the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.
