Will the Minister confirm how much has been spent so far on developing a national road user charging framework?

Funding for the national road user charging framework is included in the overall budget to deliver the Wales Transport Strategy. Following publication of the National Transport Delivery Plan, further work will now be undertaken to develop a fair and equitable road user charging framework, including how local authorities can borrow against these future revenue streams to fund transport improvements; and also consider other alternatives such as workplace car parking levies and road space reallocation.
