Has the Welsh Government explored any alternative proposals for use of the site at Gilestone Farm and, if so, what are they?

The Welsh Government purchased Gilestone Farm to support the growth ambitions of the Green Man festival to establish a permanent base in Wales. Concluding the comprehensive due diligence work on Green Man’s detailed business plan is therefore our priority. As such, we are not actively considering any alternative policy proposals for the Gilestone Farm site.
