Further to WQ87413, if the 1989 Code of Practice on Conservation, Access and Recreation is the current code in relation to both England and Wales, will the Minister set out a timetable for review of the code and publication of a new code which is also to apply to Natural Resources Wales?

The 1989 Code of Practice on Conservation, Access and Recreation and associated Water and Sewerage (Conservation, Access and Recreation) (Code of Practice) Order 1989 predates devolution. In order to provide a full and accurate response, I have asked my officials to liaise with Natural Resources Wales (NRW). I will write to the member to provide a response to all three Written Questions as soon as this assessment has been completed.
