Information about the number of housing developments and affordable houses affected by phosphates was provided for the First Minister’s SAC Rivers Summit in July 2022.
Evidence was provided by key stakeholders, including Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) through the sector representative Community Housing Cymru (CHC), Local Authorities through the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA), and by the Home Builders Federation Wales (HBF).
