Will the Minister provide an update on which elements of the The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill 2022 are the cause of greatest concern for the Welsh Government?

The Bill is highly problematic, ill-judged and unnecessary. The Welsh Government’s concerns have previously been set out in the Legislative Consent Memorandum (LCM) submitted to the Senedd on 3 November 2022.
