What discussions has the Welsh Government had with Conwy County Borough Council officials regarding the impact of the 2023-24 draft budget?

I met with the Leader and Chief Executive of Conwy County Borough Council on 7 December when we discussed a range of issues including the Council’s financial position and the forthcoming Welsh Government budget. Welsh Government officials and I continue to engage regularly with local government on a range of matters including on the budget. The consultation on local government settlement closed on 2nd February.
