Will the Minister initiate a public enquiry into Caerphilly County Borough Council's refusal to designate Ty Llwyd Quarry in Ynysddu as contaminated land?

As stated within my response to the previous question (WQ87267) Caerphilly County Borough Council are currently considering the Ty Llwyd quarry site under the relevant legislation to determine if it meets the statutory definition of ‘contaminated land’, and whether further regulatory actions are required.
